We strive to maintain high service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability.

Important: eilo is not a medical device, therapy service, or crisis intervention tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

You agree to use eilo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Prohibited Activities

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our service
• Interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
• Use our service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Share false, misleading, or harmful information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

When you create an account with eilo, you are responsible for:

eilo may offer both free and premium subscription tiers:

Subscription Plans

• Premium Tier: Advanced features, unlimited usage, and priority support

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• Billing disputes should be reported within 30 days

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are provided within 30 days of purchase for unused portions
• No refunds for partial months or years

eilo may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. These integrations are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

Third-Party Responsibility

• We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or terms
• Use third-party services at your own risk

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
